What does make sense however is that you just lost a bit of water and solids, which is common when you start eating more healthy. Our body's water retention amount though can swing quite a bit. Exercising outside on a hot day can see swings in body weight as much as 10 pounds or more.
2kg in your first week is really normal. Depending on how much extra you have to lose, you might not lose that much in a week again. When you wean yourself off of carbs, the first week you will drop a load of water weight. I am veggie and wasn’t so keen on eggs, but always start my day off with a two egg omelette with cheese and mushrooms.

1kg per week isn't too much, depending on how healthy you are overall. The general rule of thumb is 0.5 to 1kg per week is healthy (for a reasonable overweight person) , but anything over and you best talk to a physician about it. However, I'm more concerned about you eating that little per day. You'll lose weight too quick that way.
If you are losing the recommenced 1 lb per week (0.45 kg) that means each day you only lose 0.2lbs or 0.064kg. That is a drop in the bucket against water weight changes. You must be patient. This is not a sprint, it is a marathon. Weigh yourself once a day, in the morning before doing anything else. As consistent as you can make it.
